We do not have any trip charges or mileage. Our time is billed while working on your problem. Free estimates, quick turnaround(Usually 24 hours or less for offsite repairs), and a loaner laptop program will ensure that you have a working computer in the event that we are not able to immediately repair your computer.

Our basic services exceed our competitors deluxe services! We only know how to do it the best and least expensive way. We don't even make money on parts for your systems if they are needed. You pay what we pay. All of our income is from our services.
