As a Mobile Notary Service I come to your location anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan [I do not have an office]. Available by Appointment, Advance Notice Required.

Any document requiring notarization including Power of Attorney, Affidavits, Leases, Contracts, Loan Packages and many other documents.

EXCEPTION: In New York State the presence of an Attorney is required for the signing of a Last Will & Testament.

I will come to your Home, Office, local cafe, Hospital or Nursing Home. Proper ID is required.... a VALID Government-issued Photo ID is the only form of ID accepted. Valid means not expired, government issued means ID from a State or federal agency (Driver's License, Non-Driver ID, Passport, Alien Reg. Card etc)
