he is a scam artist, both myself and a friend had bad experiences. basically paid deposits and never got boots

I finally got in contact with Robert. Not his fault and he is good for anything lost in the fire. Law firm wasnt forwarding messages and he never got them. As soon as he knew he contacted me. I hope he gets his boot shop back in operation, we need good makers from the US and not china. Its sad the bad things happen to good people like Robert and his family and then the insurance companies drag their feet in getting their insurance money to them. They pay the premiums and then have to wait forever. I intend to try to help and invest in his new company and if anyone else out there would care to they can contact me at the email address shown or contact Robert..

I liked dealing with Robert but had to send boots back more than once - didnt fit. Sent them back again and they had a fire. Unable to contact Robert Brest - law firm for contact either never gives message or nobody cares. I'm out over $650. Guess I'll have to get my attorney on it. If anyone has a contact number I need it.

Paid 850.00 + for a pair of boots that I have never received nor have I got a refund, BBB has numbers of complaints on the company, won't answer or return calls. If I wanted to give to a charity it would not be this one!! Was recomended by a friend that by the way was also ripped off!! How does a person like this stay in the community?? Walk around like they have done nothing wrong ?? Do not let them take your money!!

Don't by these boots. They are always too small and they make mistakes on details.
