Brent Elzinga - Best Landlord Ever!
Having rented from Brent for 8 years & then bought a home from him (which he also got us fabulous deal on financing for), I was shocked to see this on the net - It's untrue trash.
I am glad the phone number was there though because that is exactly what I was looking for as we are moving back to my beloved mountains!
So we called Brent today and the tenants, Brian & Suzanne McKinley are apparently being evicted due to non-payment so from our experience with him being one of the most attentive & helpful landlord/Realtor/Lender we have dealt with, we don't see enough stars to possibly give him & the poor rating someone gave him we are sure is just some kind of hateful revenge from someone having a tough time. There is enough of that to go around & doesn't need to be dumped on good people without cause.
