Never use them for EMERGENCY SERVICE...

BEWARE ONLY MOTIVE IS TO CHEAT AND EXPLOIT SITUATION.I called them during weekend. They promptly showed up ontime. I explain my situation. Before coming they told me 79$ for diagnosis and later will be adjusted against fixing cost. After diagnosis technician (MARK) told me circuit board needs replacement and it will cost 700$. I didn't have much choices on Sunday evening at 6 PM. I authorized them to work. Rather than replacing circuit board they just fixed existing circuit board and came down. At compressor they told me gas is less charged me 99$ for that. They asked me to pay 799$ at 7 PM (1 hour work 799$). Register was showing 77 tempature before and after fix. They left telling temp will reduce in few hours. After 24 hours it was same situation. I called them again. They came back on second day, again started some other fix. Same BS talk and asked to wait for few hours and it will cool down. 24 hours passed no result. Called back MARK picked up phone and was telling we won't able to do anything to existing system, if that is case they should have left back on day once taking 79$ diagnosis fee, but they charged 799$ for fixing it. After unable to make it work they started giving excuses. I said refund money as deal was to fix problem and AC will start cooling house. Rather than resolving issue, he hung up on me telling do not call again and forget about 799$ they charged me. Redeculous it is like robing person in day light.I got their reference from Google. They came up on google ad. This company has various different websites to make you believe it is different company. BMS people provided great service.

It was middle of the night, I called 15 ER HVAC companies only one actually picked up the phone and talked to me about my furnace, they sent their well qualified service technician over to my house in matter of 2 hours & had my heat working in no time. With my new born 2 moth old I am thankful to these people. Great job BMS.
