I showed the woman who cut my hair (I later found out was the president) a photo, but told her I wanted my hair to remain longer than in the photo. She spent maybe 5-10 minutes on my cut. When she was finished it, it was shorter than that of the photo. During the cut sh...e did nothing but insult me (you have terrible roots, you need an eyebrow wax) and try to sell me other services. The price for a cut in the brochure was $30 I was charged $50 for what she called "styling" which involved just drying, no product or shaping. When I got home I realized my hair was completely uneven in back and chunks "razored" out of my layers. When I returned the next day and asked for my money back so that I could go to another salon to get it fixed (did not want her cutting my hair again) I was told by the 'president' in her broken english that "we don't do that" "there is none above me" and "I am very busy, you have to leave."
