Bed Bath & Beyond

I was searching for a pasta maker which when researched on line it was suppose to be at the store. When I called the store I was told that it was not in stock, so I asked to speak with a Customer Service Manager and that is when I became very please even though they did not have my item in stock, I could feel her genuine concern. I just go a call telling me that my item is now in the store. Happy is to say the least, I love professionalism. Thank you.

It was so much fun walking thru the store, Everything was clean, neat and in order, the staff asked you if you needed help. They knew their stuff and they were helpful. The only complaint I have it was way to hot to stay in their and shop. ...
