Tech Tips to increase quality and performance

When removing a paper jam always remove the paper the way it moves through the paper path. Dont just jerk the paper out. Replace parts and service items when called for. Replace your filters regularly when required. If cleaning "wands" are supplied, use them. Replace cleaning pads and fuser oils as suggested. Have the unit cleaned regularly.
