this bank needs some serious help they froze both my accounts over a bad check someone else wrote now they have my money that i cannot get to its ok for them to get you but heven forbid they owe you forget it they owe me two hundred fifty dollars for opening a business account that after sixty days still is not there i have never been over drawn on any of my accounts and im the one who had them check the check to make sure it was good when it come back as not being good they froze my accounts not good business they said they did it to prevent any loss to the bank well wheres my two hundred fifty dollars not to mention my bill money that i cant touch i think i should be able to charge the bank for not having my money cause you see what they do to anybody they want i would seriously consider putting my funds in a bank who will help its customers rather than penalize you for something you have no control over

377 Granbury Branch
I have been banking here for over four years. They know me and my husband by name and take care of us very well. There are always smiles when you walk in and everybody tries to help. The manager doesn't stay stuck in her office she mingles with customers with a smile.

both granbury
The women in management that I have dealt with are too pushy asking why I did this or that with my own accounts. I dont appreciate being treated like a child. If I want their advise, I will ask for it. My husband was told if we did a new line of credit that the interest rate would decrease then we found out it wouldnt, only the amount we could get if needed would increase, which would not help at all. The way the ladies put it is rude and need lessons in tact. Some things are done tactfully as it should be, however, I dread having to call the bank about anything. I trust this does not cost me any reprecussion from the bank. Leslie was at the bank on 377 at one time and she was wonderful and helped in any way she could but was promoted to Ft. Worth. I still miss her. No one has filled her shoes yet and I dont trust the ladies in management that i deal with now at either bank in granbury.
