I used Basset Heating/AC to install my new ac system after considering other companies partly because of the other reviews I read about them. All I can say is that I am very happy that I did.
Their price was fair and the service I received was superior. Their installers showed up right on time as promised and did a masterfull job putting my new system in. When they finished I was given a walkthrough on the entire system and shown everything I needed to know on how to operate and maintain the system.
This was put in just over two years ago and I've had no problems at all. I had them out recently to do an annual service on both my furnace and AC and again their service was great.
I would definitely recommend them .
