Customer service is horrible at this store

To begin I have to say that we love Bass pro shops. We frequent them often in our home state FL.

We travel to GA every May and on our journeys we go out of our way to go to the Bass pro shop in Lawerenceville every time.

The customer service this year was horrible!!!

The sales woman in the shoe department was some what helpful in finding my size in womens clogs that were on the shelf for $29.99.
She had to go back to the storage room to find the correct size so therefor she must know her products. She was helpful but did not look very happy to be there or really talkative.

We spent $297.65 on our trip and the clogs ended up ringing for $59.99!!!!!

As a prior salesperson for 10 years, I know you should honor the price if it's the stores fault!!!!

Two shoe dept salesmen met me and said the shoes were in the wrong spot and therefor they could not honor the price!!
It was not there fault according to them a customer must have switched it. Your saleswoman helped me with the sale and she seen the price of the shoe.

I spoke with the store manager and his customer service skills were horrible. He told me there is no state law that says they have to honor the price!! It's called false advertisement!!!!! I worked in retail for 10 Years and if the product was misplaced or in the wrong spot the price is honored!! It was a $30 difference, not like I was asking for them for free.
Train your sales associates to learn their product because
the woman gave me my shoes and never said anything about the shoe being misplaced.

On my way out after my return which is near the entrance, the front greeter told me rudely to next time go out the exit on the far end of the store!!!
I'm sorry I was returning a item which was located at the front entrance....why would I have to walk through the whole store to leave??

Next year we will be taking our money somewhere else.

Great place for entertaining toddlers!

Okay, I know any outdoorsman who reads this will groan, but my children love going to Bass Pro Shops. Our main destination is the wonderful aquarium (once written up in the AJC as one of the top wonders of Gwinnett!), but we also like look...
