Dear Dianna Rivas, Please Please Contact us about your dog that you brought in to The Bark N Wash!! I am not seeing you were ever in here . We dont have a card for you not are you in our incident file!! WE TAKE CARE OF ALL ISSUES THAT ARE OUR FAULT!! We feel awful t...hat you had a bad exprierence!! We know that sometimes incidents happen, especially when working with moving animals. But we ALWAYS tell a customer and pay for the vet bill. Did you talk to myself or my husband? Are you sure you came here? I see your profile is based in another state!! I think you might have the WRONG Company. Will never take our little dog there again... Dropped off our smaill dog when we picked him up he was bleeding.. They said they didn't do it.. Yet when we took our dog to the vet, the vet said it looked like sheers cut him. Our dog ended up with 6 stiches!! Would not take a dog to this place if it was the last place on this earth.....
Best groomers I've found!
I have been trying to find a decent groomer for my Australian Shepherd. I first discovered Bark N Wash when my daughter suggested I try out their self wash. The owner and his staff are kind and helpful. The self wash is great! I brought Buck in for his twice yearly tr...im and clean up and was impressed by how thorough and detailed his bath and groom was. All the heavy undercoat was cleaned out and he looked amazing. He was done when they said he would be done and was not at all stressed. We will be using Bark N Wash for all our grooming needs.

What a place!!! Great Customer Service.. and it is SO CLEAN!! I have done the self wash and the full service grooming!! And It is right outside the Cherry Creek State Dog Park!!!

Bark & Wash makes a big job easier. They provide a ramp to load and unload my large dog from the self wash tubs. The tubs are clean and they provide aprons for the owners. Kelly's customer service is second to none. Greg, the groomer, is so very partient. He helped my... dog feel comfortable first and then groomed him. I picked up my happy and clean (10 year old) dog from his very first groom ever! Now, I can do the wash myself or trust Kelly and Greg to care for my dog for me.

What a great place!! The love of dogs permeates whole place. Groomer is sooooo careful with my finicky little pooch. She even likes going. Runs in the shop! The Self Wash tubs are clean and the shampoos/conditioners are generous. I love this place.
