I never really cared much for quality- and I soon realized how dearly it might cost me. I got a spare key made at a local hardware shop and handed it to the babysitter. I must admit it, these guys are amazing! After reading a slew of positive comments, I was still not convinced. But Jeff from Baldwin Locksmith Store changed my mind for good! He was right on time, and charged me a very reasonable rate for rekeying all the locks to respo...nd to a master key system. I didn’t know I had to pay a pittance for phenomenal services.. Trust me when I say this, Baldwin Locksmith Store is truly the best locksmith company in Darien, CT! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to c...harge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? I’ve called them nearly three times and not once have they been late or I’ve been charged more than necessary. I don’t think there could be anyone that’s any better in the entire Darien, CT. Keep up the good job!!!!
Great Customer Service
Thanks Baldwin Locksmith Store for being right on time to get my jammed locks working again. I had a flight to catch in an hour and had it not been for their prompt service, I would have had to cancel my trip. Cannot find a better match in Darien, CT!!! When I get back from my trip, I’m definitely calling them over for a security overhaul.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE from Baldwin Locksmith Store! I think the guy who came over was Jeff. Very talented and friendly. He guided me through the entire process so I would know exactly what he was doing. He stayed true to his word, and didn’t charge me a penny extra from ...what he'd mentioned earlier! Flat rates! Skilled technicians! Quick response !
