Not a good experience! I bought a blender from the Arizona Mills Mall, but I had just happened to be in that area at the time and lived in North Phoenix, which is quite a drive. The blender I bought turned out to be a BIG piece of junk! Made a lot of noise and vibrated like all get-out! (West Bend)\t\n\t\nSo I tried taking it back to the Sears Outlet that was closest to my home and they said I had to return it to the store I purchased it from. Wow... what a JOKE!! \t\n\t\nI said to him, that all other stores will take returns to any of their locations and he said that they do not.\t\n\t\nPLUS, they say "SAVE 20-60% off regular prices". Funny... cause when I looked around for competitors prices, it seemed pretty easy to find others offering their merchandise at or below Sears Outlet pricing!\t\n\t\nI will NEVER shop at this ridiculous store again!! ...read more
