Normally we have great food, service, and a good time. However this time we did not, warrant this review. My partner, myself, our good friend and her overweight friend decided to dine 3/8/15. #1 the server didn't know a whole in the wall. #2 the servers and staff were sitting by a pointing, giggling, and laughing at our friends overweight friend. What gives them the right to do this. People are human and regardless of their weight should be respected. Our friend called over the owner, and he did nothing!!!! Sushi J Express is my favorite sushi restaurant in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area for a variety of reasons.\t\n\t\nFirst, they have amazing sushi! Everything is so fresh and the experienced staff really know what they're doing. My favorites are the Caterpillar, Dragon and Shrimp Tempura.\t\n\t\nSecond, they're very convenient! Yes, they are a small restaurant with only 2 tables (at my last visit) but because the owner, Justin, is so friendly I've build a rapport with him and can call ahead and have my sushi ready and waiting for me when I get there. How's that for convenience?!\t\n\t\nThird, the prices are amazing! Don't be fooled thinking your getting a deal buying pre-made sushi at the grocery store. Sushi J Express prices are very reasonable and your sushi is made fresh, right before your eyes!\t\n\t\nLast, the owners & staff. My wife and I were in Italy a few years ago and this brought back some very great memories. The food, the aromas. the service, the whole eperience.
