It's easy for the uneducated to believe the nonsense of the "Disappointed" post. In fact there are policies in place and stiff consequences for breaching them. At the same time there a little thing called due process and the rights of the accused. There should be great care taken not to trample on any of it. I for one have great confidence in the leadership of organizations such as Mohave Mental Health. Isn't there a policy about taking private information out of the work place? Maribel Parel has these doc in her possession, and certain privileges should be revoked! If something is not done I will happily go to NARBHA with all this info, this information is entrusted to the case manager for personal reasons, and should not be in the public eye. Also these documents "if were to fall in the wrong hands" what would happen? there are Social Security numbers on them, phone numbers, diagnosis, all personal information regarding your clients! Maybe your employee Maribel Parel should not be in charge of handling such documents, if they cannot be kept private and in the work place. ...read more
