I went to Dr.Bruehl to get dentures and10 mini implants. My dentures broke twice and are very poor fitting due to my implants failing over and over again. I now have 5 implants. 1 is in my sinus cavity and 2 are loose. I trusted this dentist to provide the best care possible and he didn't do it. I was never informed of a better treatment until he referred me to another doctor. I was offered a full refund now they won't even do that. After spending thousands of dollars and enduring pain from failed procedures I have to have the remaining implants removed and new dentures and the correct implants in the future. We have gone to this company for the past 4 years for my husbands hearing aids, batteries, repairs and tests. Unfortunately every time we talk with someone it is a different story than with the last person that we talked with. We have been told what they think we want to hear and not necessarily the truth. We have recently been told by them that we must pay up front for batteries (that are paid for by the state of Washington ) as the state has not been reimbursing them. I called the state and they have not been billed for over a year. Again, we have been lied to. My husbands last set of hearing aids were over $7000.00. Someone else will get the money next time - we are all done with this company and suggest everyone go elsewhere. I had a hearing aid from a place that went out of business, it changed names like 4 or 5 times, when I bought there it was called audibel. I could not get my aid programmed correctly, I thought it was an audibel, thats what my contract said, but it was a totaly differant aid, I was cheated by the gut who sold it to me, he was fat and bald. I was visiting Laughlin when my aid stopped working. I looked in the phone book and called several places left message to see who could help. Colorado River Hearing Called me back at 8:38 am, right after they checked the message. I was in there and had my aid fixed and on my way at 9:50am. Bought my hearing aids in California, paid a fortune, went in to see if I could get some help and Sean Borland took me back without an appointment and reprogrammed my aids, I was in there for 45 minutes and Sean did not charge me anything.
