Amazing place!
I love the staff and how the workout is set up! you have a 15 minute HIIT warm up, followed by stretching, bag rounds and some more stretching to cool down. Not only do I get a good workout in but I also feel better knowing that I am learning how to protect/defend myself.

Great workout! Great Staff!
I really like it. They have become a steady part of my workout routine and group of fun ppl to exercise with. I always feel welcome when I walk in the door. If I could go more I would. I feel like a wonder woman every time I leave class!

Great Workout
Started with the 3 classes (plus FREE gloves) for $19.99 and signed up after the first class. Great workouts and even better trainers! Classes change every day so it's never the same workout twice.
