Must have a quiet atmosphere to work from home. (most of us are mothers, so we do understand children in the background while working)

Job Description:
Our company is expanding our workforce because the demand for its programs has increased dramatically. They are growing and looking for career-minded, enthusiastic, well-organized professionals who understand the importance of their product line and are willing to work to achieve success. The hiring company is offering a dynamic opportunity to represent them in direct sales initiatives - driving sales by contacting potential customers, participating in community events, outbound telemarketing, providing customer service and more!

(You may work in up to 2 departments daily)

Personnel department= We provide you with names and numbers of applicants who are interested in working from home, you call , interview and hire and staff for our entry level positions.

Sales/Enrollment= Self promote in your home town area selling our health care
plans earning $20-$50 per plan sold. After completing your first 10 sales, you are eligible to receive company leads! Average closing ratio: 1-3 sales per day
