Killing the Mold

Once the fungicide has dried, spray all of the rooms again with boric acid. Always remember to wear protective gear when using fungicide and/or boric acid.

Removing Dead Mold

To complete the mold remediation process, you must remove the dead mold from your home. Use a vacumn to remove any dirt or dust that might contain mold spores. Next, use a sponge and boric acid to scrub any surface that has been exposed to mold. Make certain to throw the sponges away afterwards. The surface can only be considered mold-free if no mold is visible.
