The Disney Company owns a great deal of entertainment facilities throughout the world, including a variety of timeshares. If you want to rent a Disney timeshare, you know you’ll be visiting a reputable facility that focuses on family fun. Though most timeshares are reserved for owners, you can rent one for your vacation.

- Contact the Disney Vacation Club directly and let them know that you are interested in renting a timeshare owned by Disney.

- Agree to take a tour of the Disney Vacation Club facility while on your vacation. Depending on the location and time of the year, you may be able to stay in the Disney facilities at a reduced rate. Be prepared to spend time in a presentation trying to get you to purchase a timeshare.

- Call a travel agent to help you find a Disney timeshare that is available for rent during your vacation. Reliable travel agents in your area can be found by searching the communities of Merchant Circle.

- Browse through the postings on Craigslist, eBay and Amazon for time-shares that are available for rental. You will want to type your destination plus the words "Disney timeshare" in the search bar on the main webpage.  Make sure that you research the posting before agreeing to send money to anyone online.

- Talk with your friends, family or co-workers. It is possible that someone in your social circle has a Disney timeshare that he or she would be willing to rent to you for a specific amount of time.
