• Turn "off" any of the programs in your computer that automatically start such as chat programs. The less programs that you have accessing the Internet the faster your cable Internet speed will be. You should also go into your Internet folder and clean your computer by deleting all of the temporary Internet files. This should be done on a regular basis to keep your Internet speed operating at top speed.
