How to Clean Cars and Trucks

Cars and trucks are the way humans transport themselves from point A to point B. If you are like most people, then you like to keep your car or truck looking clean and presentable. Cleaning the inside and outside of your vehicle will make you feel proud.

Items Need:

  • Cleaning Brush

  • Soap

  • Clean Towels

  • Vacuum

  1. Prepare all of your cleaning materials to wash your car or truck. There really is no difference in cleaning a car or truck.

  2. Remove all the debris from the inside of the vehicle. Carrying trash bags outside with you to the vehicle will help save you trips inside.

  3. Begin cleaning the vehicle by vacuuming out the inside of it. Start with the rugs and lift up the rugs to get the excess dirt out of the car or truck.

  4. Take a clean rag and start cleaning the dashboard and steering wheel. This part of the car tends to get dirty fairly easily. Clean the inside of the windows with a window cleaner and a clean towel.

  5. Clean the outside of the vehicles with mild car soap and a hose. If you feel up for it, then you can also wax the vehicle.

  6. Clean out the bed of your truck with a scrub brush and soap. If you have a car, you will need to vacuum out the trunk and remove dirt and trash.

  7. Dry off either vehicle with a clean cotton free towel. The cotton free towel helps to keep the fuzzy material off of your newly cleaned car.
