How Does an MP3 Player Work?
MP3 players are the newest music technology available on the market today. Before the MP3 player was the Discman or the Walkman, which would allow you to play a CD or cassette tape while you were out and about. With an MP3 player, depending on how much space it has, it can hold thousands of songs.
- Download all the songs that you want to put on your MP3 player. Because an MP3 player can hold a large amount of music, select a wide variety of music. You can also put on multiple CDs by a favorite artist, and sometimes, depending on your MP3 player's capabilities, upload videos as well.
- Plug your MP3 player into your computer using the USB cable that came with your device. The computer will search for the hardware and install it automatically onto your computer.
- Open the computer file on the computer as well as the documents file where your music is being stored. Drag and drop all the music that you want on the MP3 player from the documents file into the MP3 player. This will put all your music and videos on your devise.
- Unplug the MP3 player and plug in a pair of headphones. Turn the MP3 player on and hit play. This will automatically start playing the music that is on the devise. If you want your music to play randomly instead all of one artist at a time, hit the shuffle button on the MP3 player. This will randomly play all your music until the whole library has been listened to.
- If you are looking for a specific song, you can go into the library and look for the song using the up and down button or the touch screen if your MP3 player has one. Once the song is found, press play and the MP3 player will play the song you wanted to listen to.
