Matt has been working in the architectural field in Southern Oregon for over 16 years, providing complete architectural services for a wide variety of projects including commercial, institutional, public and residential projects. A design focused architect who understands the need to incorporate schedule and budget into the design process and who is able to provide a complete, thorough architectural package from conceptual design through construction documents and into construction administration, insuring a well thought out, well designed project that will run smoothly from beginning to end.

Raymond Kistler
A strong leader who develops a distinctive strategy for each project, Ray Kistler works closely with clients to outline programmatic considerations to determine the best building plan. He excels at motivating teams and keeping people focused. Clients value Ray's warm, relaxed personality, his ability to listen, and his in-depth understanding of construction specifications and administration, land-use planning, and zoning laws. With more than 20 years of experience, Ray's experience ranges from university facilities and health centers, to creative residential projects.

Jerome’s strongest quality is his extensive experience in mixed-use projects, blending multi-family housing together with ground floor commercial uses. His expertise in the complexities involved in mixed-use, from building code issues, accessibility and the separation between uses (privacy) is extensive. His designs blend in well with the surrounding buildings and have been consistently well received by the community and his clients.

Ray Kistler, Matt Small and Jerome White have completed a multitude of successful projects throughout Southern Oregon. Also included in the long list of projects are several new facilities for a wide variety of medical practices, many new and remodeled buildings for a diverse selection of commercial enterprises and an impressive array of ecclesiastical spaces.
