Americas Best Value Inn Foxboro

I travel a lot due to my job, it is rare I would be unhappy with a hotel. This hotel is HORRIBLE and should be looked into. I stayed there while a few months ago.. The room and hotel was not clean, i found a few bugs around the room as well. I tried to contact management. I was told the only person I could talk to was the apparent GM, Vick Patel. I left several voice messages, not at any time, was this GM ever available, nor did he return 1 of my calls to resolve. I have reported this hotels conduct, they fire this "GM" and find one that actually works and cares about he business. Also, every time I have had a problem with a hotel, the owner / GM's name was Patel. I was told by an employee that there is no Vick Patel, that is an alias he uses.
