We had a strange experience with this company. They are very nice people, and the owner was a very sweet woman, however the company seems to be very disorganized and there is no communication between owner and handyman. For our first appointment they were 1 hour late, o...ur second appointment, 1 hour early. The guy was rushing around everywhere, obviously desperate to get out asap. He didn't leave us with any instructions on how we obtain the tax credit and didn't present us any warranty papers or how to register the product. They didn't write any serial numbers down and when we finally got the information to register the product, we had to get on the roof and take down the numbers. Overall, the work seems to be satisfactory, no issues with our new unit yet. They are very nice people, however very disorganized, lacking in customer service and ill-prepared with respect to paperwork.
