We had alot of trouble dealing with this company. Our package set on their dock for two days waiting to be delivered. The manager, Alan Wyatt was told by myself and Ceva warehouse reps. to call and set up a time for delivery....which was'nt done. Alan then attempted to say that I mispoke and that Ceva did not contact him. No apolagies were made or alternative solutions suggested.....just "you're out of luck today". We contacted Ceva and Amazon.com and they were very nice and sent ANOTHER Carrier to pick up our package from their warehouse since they could not handle the job. P.S....I do not know if it was on purpose or not, but Alan Wyatt (the manager) gave us the name of the company he worked for as DHM Express, instead of Montgomery Air Express AND the address as 4921 instead of 2921 ??????? Make your own assumption. P.S.S Ceva said that they were going to arrange for a different carrierto be used in Birmingham deliveries. P.S.S.S I would not rate them even 1 star. ...read more
