We signed up for their Buy Me a Home program, after losing our home to foreclosure. We told them what we were looking for in a home and the school district and they found us the perfect home within two weeks. We had to pay $12,000 option consideration, but they are helping us clean up our credit, and giving us a path back to being homeowners again that the banks won't even consider. The interest rate is understandably higher than banks charge, but the payment is less than our old house payment, and we are in a nicer home. We signed a five year lease, but intend to refinance and purchase when our credit is cleaned up in two years.
