Affordable Transmissions Repair Utah

I came to this shop because I read all the good reviews online about them, and I'm so glad I did. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. They were really good about calling to give me car updates. When we hit a bump in plans and found out that the parts were going to take extra time to come in (I wouldn't have a way to my job for a couple days), they worked with me and even offered to pay for a rental car. They really work with you to make sure you are satisfied!This is a very fair place to get your car fixed and they really care about their customers. It also doesn't hurt that they have the fairest prices

I would give them 2 1/2 to 3 stars realistically, but I thought I would try to offset all the FAKE reviews. If you look at all the other peoples profiles, you will see a pattern. They are all reviewing the same places and giving 5 stars.\t\n\t\nI have ACTUALLY been to Affordable Transmission. It's been a couple of years now and I'm not even sure they are still in buisiness. I am sure that I left feeling a little ripped off. I had a transmission that needed to be re-built under warranty. They are part of the warranty group, but not the ones who rebuilt it either time. I had purchased a new shift cable before my transmission went out and had planned on changing it myself. When I took my car in to these guys, they said they would change it out when they put the trans back in. They forgot to do it, then decided to do it after the fact and bill me without ever talking to me. I could have done it myself and would have if I had known they were going to charge me. \t\n\t\nThe transmission blew out again in less than 10000 more miles, but I don't blame Affordable. They never did the rebuild, only the removal and installation.

When they say Affordable Transmissions, that's exactly what they mean. I've checked other shops in the area, and nothing else compares. Not only prices, but the quality of products, and work as well. Definitely the place to go to.
