The buck stops here so there are no rules getting in the way of our ability to get customers exactly what they need. If you have a special situation (such as delivery requirements, after-hours service, or anything else), please contact us -- we want to work with you! One example of our great customer service was when unforeseen storms came up quickly and they had left their precious pets outside. All they had to do was call me and because I had access to their house I was able to quickly go over and put the dogs inside, safe from the storm. They were very happy and relieved that I could do this for them.

Being an animal lover I always have my eyes and ears open to pets in need. My neighbor came to me yesterday and said a cockatiel came and landed on him when he was working outside.
