I was disappointed to hear about a team with coaches that are involved with fixing games with offfials because they volunteer with Yafl. Yafl volunteers shouldn't be able to be head or assistant coaches. The officials need to be Bias and they are not. I am glad this the last year we acssociate with this crooked organization. I feel for the rest of the hardworking legitimate players and coaches that they have to deal with this.

Only Game in town

YAFL is deffinatly corrupt they let there favorite coaches stack their teams and its always the same teams that win every season and funny how the La Cueva teams are always the best and the durties. there are some good people at YAFL and few good coaches. but is a dictator ship Bill Blair the ED make all the dessicions and make alot of money off this so called non proffit orginization. unfortuantly its the only REAL football league in New Mexico. the other league NYS is a joke and as far as corruption it makes YAFL look like angels. my son played iYafl and had a bad coach so i left and went to NYS with my own coaching staff and made it to the superbowl with 10 year olds we had to play 13 year olds and almost got kids hurt. i went back to YAFL and got stuck with an idiot for a coach. my son still plays for YAFL but unfotunitly its the only semi legit league in town..PLEASE BRING POP WARNER TO NEW MEXICO.

Another Season of Corruption!!

Definitely agree with the review below that YAFL is a corrupt organization witnessing it first hand in this 2012 first season of spring football league. Commissioners that are also head coaches of opposing teams using thier position to be in other teams coaches box on the sidelines and to hear plays and have refs make calls to affect the outcome of the game. How do you like this: the commissioners
