Don't rent from Willmark Communities. This company is the pits. You don't get your deposit back even if the apartment is spotless. They make you sign a 19 page lease which is ridiculous. They don't respond when you call or write to find out what the charges were for. The problem is that they have attorneys sitting in the courthouse so fighting them is fruitless as they have lots of money. They have their butts covered!!!!!! I still can't find out what the cleaning staff got paid to clean a very clean apartment. They charged me $65. I know they do not pay their cleaning staff $65 an hour!!!!! Most landlords expect a certain amount of wear and tear when you have lived in an apartment for two years. But not Willmark!

I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PROPERTIES. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM ANYWHERE. THEY LIE AND ARE SCAMMERS. ARE THEY REALLY THAT HARD UP THAT THEY HAVE TO STEAL AND LIE FROM INNOCENT HARDWORKING PEOPLE TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING. THEY MAKE UP BOGUS CHARGES AND TRY TO JUSTIFY THEM WITH LITTLE TO NO PROOF. MY DEPOSIT WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR BUT NO..... THEY WANT MORE FOR THINGS THEY CANT EVEN EXPLAIN. i WILL FIGHT UNTIL I SHOW EVERYONE WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT.
