ALL the reviews that you read about this company are TRUE and I am still employed at VSS Security looking for other employment. The Google reviews are fluff and lies. Their pay rate is the lowest of all other security employment agencies. VSS Security get ALL the BAD contracts that no other security agency will touch. VSS guards ALWAYS work a post by themselves unarmed at bad locations on all three shifts and they have no problem sending a female guard to a dangerous location on second or third shift by herself. They NEVER,NEVER pay employees on the date of pay day-you may get paid the next day, a few days later or a week or more later an this is EVERY pay day! VSS Security also make a new guard pay $240.00 for a used inform and worn uniform-they take $40.00 every two weeks out of your pay check for three months!!!!!!!!!!!! If the public is smart, you'll stay away from VSS Security-as an employee or client. If I could've given a zero minus star I would have!
