horrible customer service
We are a small business who knows all about customer service, we went to a small bank for a business loan expecting the same kind of service. We were seeking a SBA Express Loan. I met with the V.P. and two colleagues of his to go over our business plan and financials.... After our meeting I was informed that I should know within two weeks. Communication with this V.P. was a nightmare. I could not get a return call and the only times I could get to talk to him, was when he was sitting at his desk and answered the phone. He would give me the same response every time - “I’m working on it and trying to get it approved”. I kept expressing the importance that we needed to get moving on this before we would loose a prime location we had on hold. After 2-1/2 months of waiting and with numerous non-returned phone calls, we gave up and contacted another bank and was approved in 10 working days. Unfortunately during this long and agonizing wait, we did loose out on the retail space.
