Took water to get tested charged for the test and then ran up a 250.00 + bill. Thinking I needed these chemical since the water was cloudy (not green) I spent the money.STUPID ME, my wife also had a sample with her and she went to the regular pool store, 12.99 for a bottle of clarifier. NOTHING ELSE WAS NEEDED. THe receipt stated DUE TO FEDERAL SAFETY REG you cannot return chemicals. Funny Look up what OSHA has for chemical returns NOTHING! VALLEY POOLS YOU ARE CROOKS, GOD DONT LIKE UGLY AND I HOPE SOMEONE PEE'S IN YOUR POOL!

if you are purchasing a safety pool cover for your in ground pool please ask the sales person to give you the copy of the warranty that comes with the cover when installed. It is very different then the information they provide while you are purchasing the cover in the store. The actual warranty that you only receive once the cover is installed is a problem should you experience manufacturing concerns. If you ask for reference from customers who have purchased the cover you will be told that Valley Pools does not provide that information. While we are satisfied now with our cover, it took from October of 2008 until May of 2009 and a small claims suit to resolve the defect in our cover from a manufacturing problem. Valley Pools would not correct the problem. Prior to this we had been steady customers. We will not shop there again.
