When you receive excellent service, you're compelled to tell the world. Well, I received just that at Vacaville Auto Body Center. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I had the misfortunate of being a victim of a rear-end collision. The insurance company of t...he faulting party said my bumper just needed to be patched up and repaired even though I felt that I should receive a new bumper because my car is only 2 years old. When I took the car in to Vacaville Auto Body Center, they agreed that the damage required a replacement of the bumper. The technician who helped me made a lot of phone calls and submitted a lot of extra paperwork to the insurance company to get them to agree to replace my bumper, not just a refurbished one, but rather a new factory original one! I really appreciated the extra time that Vacaville Auto Body Center spent to help me bring my car to the original condition. A big thumbs up for their customer service and the new bumper looks great!
