I made an appointment with this company to take a look at an oven that was overheating. The technician who was a day late, came to my house, saw that it a double oven, and stated he had to go get help. So I said ok that 's reasonable since it is a built-in double oven. Three days later I still had not heard back from him. I just called the company an hour ago, and the owner answered the phone. When I told him my situation, he said he'd check with the technician to see what happened

After getting my Heating Pump fixed last week from this company, I had to write an excellent review about this company, it had to be one of the best company in the area due to the service they provide me. Just last week when suddenly my heat stopped working. I had to call differenent companies to fix a problem with my heat pump, I tried several companies but most of the technicians were unable to identify the problem and went on with a lame excuse such as the entire unit needs to be replaced, which will cost me approxiametely 4,000 dollars.Therefore, I had no choice but to find a company that resolve and fix the heat pump and not worry about replacing the entire unit. Finally, fortunately, I reached this company "universal heat and air", a technician named "Jan" came to my house and really analyzed the problem, when I asked him about the problem he well explained to me entire process. I figured that the guy must have a tremendous technical background experience that he fixed my heat.

This company is a joke. We had a schedule appointment between 9-12 that they missed. We called for a status at 1pm and were told they had some trouble on another call but would be there within 3 hours. We called again at 3:30pm and were told they were on their way. Called again at 4:45 and were told they were eating lunch. Called the Home Warranty company who followed up with them and they (Universal) said they weren't going to be able to make it. All that after we took a day off work to be here. Total lack of professionlaism. I will NEVER do business with this company and will tell my friends to avoid them at all costs.
