TRYtonic is a long-term, life-changing experience clients will live by. TRYtonic is based on a multi-directional holding contraction, combined with its own unique breathing technology. A multi-directional holding contraction means that with the flexion and/or extension of each body movement, the muscle is held or contracted for a particular amount of time. This body movement is usually done in, but not limited to, 90-degree angles. The breathing technique is performed simultaneously in order to prolong the exercise, to reach major definition and to allow for more repetitions with greater resistance. There are several levels and phases of the workouts, which will be presented in the DVDs and can be utilized on countless TRYtonic machines. Other gadgets and adapters will be able to convert non- TRYtonic machines into TRYtonic machines. The system will ultimately be complemented by books, certifications, conventions, gyms, and other related products and services.
