Update to "Botched Re-Finance"
This is an update to my previous post dated March 5th, 2013. After more investigation it turns out that This is an update to my previous post dated March 5th, 2013. the problem in my opinion ended up being the fault of Chase bank and NOT JASON STRODER. They lost my paperwork and made it impossible for Jason to remedy the situation. I hope this will ease any fears for future clients of Jason Stroder.

I refinanced my home in November of 2012. It is now March of 2013. Jason Stroder was my broker.
This is an update to my previous review posted on March 5th, 2013. As it turns out the problem I had , in my opinion, was with Chase bank and their handling of paperwork..NOT JASON STRODER. I hope this eases any fears of potential clients working with Jason Stroder.

Everything that could have gone wrong DID go wrong! Everything from the appraiser taking so long that I lost my interest rate to having to sign loan docs 2, 3 and 4 times over. No organization whatsoever.Ultimately there was a huge mishap that resulted in my money being held up do to miscommunications. Jason Stroder and Tri-Point did next to nothing to help me track down my funds and ultimately ignored me all together. Leaving me to do all of the footwork, searching and follow-up to the crappy deal they initiated. It is now March, 2013 and I have YET to receive my money. However, due to my taking time off of work and volumes of phone calls I have managed to solve the problem on my own with no help from Jason Stroder or Tri-Point. I would NEVER recommend this outfit to ANYONE! BEWARE!!!
