Triple S Harley Davidson

One hand has no clue what the other hand is doing at this dealership. Communication among departments and, worst of all, with the customer is non-existent. I had to constantly call to find out what was going on with my bike - and the person I needed to speak to was never there. One person would tell me one thing, another something else. Dollar amounts kept changing on costs, payments, etc and usually going up. Although I feel I got a decent deal on my new bike (hence two stars instead of one), I got terribly low-balled on my trade. This after I walked away from the shockingly high down payment they wanted (which they significantly lowered the next day). If you deal with them, the only way you can get action from them is to annoy them to get you out of their hair.

I recently bought a HD from this place and when I returned with questions the staff treated me like terribly. The owner was there and was one of the most arrogant people I've ever met. I guess once you buy a bike from Triple S they got what they wanted and don't provide the customer service like they should. I've very disappointed with this place and will NEVER return here to buy a bike again. I would give them a negative review if the site would allow it. Don't buy here!!!
