Triangle Laptops

After buying/receiving so-called US-to-European electrical plug adapters, I discovered the product was defective. I discovered the plugs were defective in Europe when I needed the plugs the most. I contacted Triangle Laptops and they replied...'that they should work'... They should but they don't. I would have preferred a reply...'if they aren't working, we'll find a solution for you...' I do not recommend purchasing products from Triangle Laptops based on this experience.
