Tracfone told us we could add International Calling for only $10 which never expired. When the service did not work, we learned all their charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
and this service expires in only 30 days unless money is added. BEWARE--THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!

customer service is terrible if the person who answers the phone speaks english - have had a lot of trouble adding time with no bonus minutes /promo codes never work on my phone - no one seems to know - I have bought different cards with different promo codes but none of them seem to work - I feel like this is a big scam to take our money - I may change and get either safe link (because I am low income) or one of the other companies - semiller amherst nh

Absolutely lousy customer service
If you go with tracfone or one of their other companies, pray that you never have to deal with their "customer service" department. all they know how to do is read from a script, and if you ask them something else, they repeat the same thing.

I have a motorola phone & every time I put in a code on any of the cards that I buy - I can never get any free minutes - why is that? It is getting expensive so I may change to another company
