Manager Leann is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO TACT as well as being HEARTLESS. Moved in 4 months ago to have the whole home fall apart. The more we went in to note another complaint the more it upset Leann. Maintenance workers have ZERO skills (not to be rude but they are more for groundskeeping) Needed water heater, a new furnace (took over 2 months to fix) and a stove (that was replaced but every time you turn it on it shut the electricity down on half the home..still broken, I have a video to prove). Maintenance men didn't want to perform work on my home as they were NOT certified to do so and asked us to ask LEANN the manager to outsource it but this woman made them do it anyway. I had to call maintenance after hours and he flew over thinking our house caught fire and said he was relieved we were ok. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK..you can search ANY search engine on this place and read the HORRIBLE reviews of terrible things done to MANY PEOPLE. If anyone is filing a lawsuit please contact me as I have pictures and videos of the shady happenings at this Trailer Park. They don't give you any paperwork and NEVER WILL .. someone NEEDS to look in to the "RACKETEERING" Going on in this Trailer Park make sure you keep ALL YOUR PAPERS IN ORDE AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! There are SO MANY evictions if one looks in to it..seems like they let you move in to take your money...Never want to Repair anything then when you complain YOU are the one she claims is rude and hostile then she plays a great victim until she throws you out then all her True colors show. I had been nothing but patient with these people over 4 months even HELPED them out by cleaning a turn over once and Leann refused to pay me. We also caught her assistant rummaging through a home they day after they evicted my neighbors taking furniture out for her personal use Contact me like I said I have videos and pictures and I would LOVE TO SHARE

Owner has been doing a lot of updating to the park and is looking great! New playgroun equipment for my kids, and pool and spa refinshed. \t\n\t\nI was reading some other reviews and noticed some may be disgruntled employees. It is too bad they can do that because park is looking great.

This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to live. The management is completely irresponsible. The tenants are ignorant of the most basic community etiquette.\t\n\t\nThe lease has numerous rules about noise, construction, and eviction violations which are never enforced. The manager/owner has no idea that she is responsible for adhering to city, county and state laws. I swear, she does even know there are laws governing mobile home parks!\t\n\t\nThis place is horrible!
