I had a great experience here. The screen on my expensive laptop cracked, and the tech guys at work told me it would cost $700 or more to fix it. After spending far too much time trying to decide how to replace the laptop, it occurred to me to ask Bill how much it would... cost for him to fix it. He did the job for half the price. I got a great repair. Best of all, Bill called me when the replacement screen came in, I brought the laptop down and I was able to pick it up the same day, so I didn't have to worry about not having it available. I'm surprised at all the negativity from the previous reviews. These guys were great ! I've bought three different computer systems from them over the years and they've always been helpful. I travel all the way from SF just to buy from them...
