The Pool Store

I have no idea how this place stays in business. All they care about is making a buck. The owner hates being challenged when she's caught in a lie. Their pool service is a bunch of bull - our pool constantly has chemical and algae issues. Next step will be the BBB

Beware of this unscrupulous store. Purchased an item based on the manager's recommendation, wasn't the problem, went to return it undamaged, in the original box with the receipt the same day and they would not give us our money back. Says that's their return policy but isn't posted anywhere in the store. Dirt bags. Not to mention the item was 150.00 more than online.

Beware Use to sell nice high end stuff but now everything is China made for the same prices as good stuff

The Pool Store was open on Sunday, they had the part that a chain pool supply said would take a week to get and The Pool Store charged me $100.00 less than I was quoted elsewhere.

I'm disappointed in the Pool Place. We've been a regular customer for 4 years. Today we called to purchase four filters. Was told they were being held for us. We drove down to the store and was there within 30 minutes of the call. Filters were sold to another customer before we arrived despite assurances that filters would be held for us.
