The Dog House

I have been in business here since l99l. I have been very successful in breeding beautiful healthy Standard poodles as well as successfully serving Chesterland with pet grooming. With any successful business you are going to have unhappy customers. I honestly don't remember this dog in question. I can certainly say that I am VERY honest and have great integrity. I am sorry this person felt I did a terrible job, I would re do it for free if given the chance. Please don't let the bad review from 3 years ago discourage you from coming here!!

This grooming establishment is great!! I have been going there for MANY years and have only experienced the best and most pleasant!!

I took my black lab mix to be washed, blown out, trimmed up, and nails ground down. When I returned to get him, they tried to charge me $40...HOWEVER...he was never bathed, nails were not only not done...but one was bleeding. The nail is cracked and she wanted me to come in and hold him so she could try again! He never wanted to leave somewhere so bad. I am not sure why I even paid her the $20 I left her, because she did nothing. Her response was "well, you brought him here". Oh, and he was crammed in a crate that was for a dog half his size. Never plan to return and would recommend that all dogs stay away from there!
