Dawn is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help you find the book you are looking for, She is great at recommending books especially if you are looking for an author who "writes like ...". She, like many other small business owners, has had her share of struggles ...in this horrible economy. It's too bad that people have hit her on an obviously bad day. I've never had a rude word from Dawn, in fact, she always greets me with a smile and cheery Hi how are you. And the store is loaded with great reads. Love it.

I can't believe she is still in business!!! My mom has been a customer of hers for about 8 years. We went in today and she scolded and lectured my 74 year old mom just because she asked her a question! And kept yelling and snapping at her until I put the books I WAS goi...ng to buy back and told my mother we needed to leave immediatly! The fact that she is still in business is mind blowing!!!! AVOID THIS BOOKSTORE LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU ENJOY VERBAL ABUSE AND OUTRIGHT RUDENESS!!

Dawn the owner has a real problem. I was a customer for at least 10 years. I bought a book I already had by mistake, Had never returned one befor. Dawn screamed at me and told me never to come in her store again, even held the door open screaming. I am 70 years old I... was shaking so bad I could hardly drive home. my daughter in law will never go there again . I don'know how to get rid of the one star.

she's rude... she shouldn't run a business with that atittude of hers... it'll just drive business away... and make the economy even worst... i don't recommend going there... just because of her service...
