Terry towing is a joke my son car was tow away from the gateway mall when he got the car back right front was missed up I talk to terry he told to turn into to my insurance and the phone.went dead

Left my 21 year old's car in a no parking zone so it got towed by the city. The driver told my son it would be ok there. Terry hung up on me twice!!!!! My son is a college student who had to have his car towed and was charged $149.00 and now we have to pay to have it out of an impound lot and to a mechanic.
