Inside, they have a gallery full of exceptional pottery from artists from around the country. Prices from $20 up. Great place for wedding gifts, house warming gifts etc. In addition to the gallery their main business is classes. They offer classes in pottery and basket making, for adults and kids. They also do parties for kids and adults. Private and semi-private studios, for local artists, help to energize the environment. The whole place just has nice, friendly, productive vibe. Makes you want to take a class. They have another place in La Grange, IL. Terra Incognito Studios and Gallery is the place for making, learning about, and experiencing the best pottery and the best potters. Its galleries and studios are home to some of the country's finest artists and craftspeople working in the vessel format.

I am taking the jewelry class at Terra Incognito in La Grange. I love the class. Jeremy, the teacher is very knowledgeable and helpful. The studio facility is well equipped. I'm learning a lot and having a good time. The other students are a friendly group. The whole place has a good vibe. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Terra Incognito in Oak Park
A very charming and energetic business. The gallery is full of gorgeous pottery from all over the country. I could wander through the gallery for hours. It's a beautiful place. They also offer classes for adults and children in pottery making and basket making. I have friends in the classes who rave about
them. There's a very strong sense of community among the students and studio residents. They do parties for kids and adults. The La Grange location also has classes in silver jewelry making. One of our favorite places.
